Our Staff

Our Administrative Staff: The clinic is overseen by this staff. If ever there is any problem that needs resolution, they are the ones who handle it. They are in charge of all aspects of Administration, including HR, Payroll, Patient relations, Physician credentialing, etc. Any questions that arise they are the first point of contact. They are:
Theresa, Administrator
Theresa received her Bachelors degree from The University of Portland. She went on to complete a masters degree program in administration from Lewis and Clark College in 1986. She then taught in the Portland Public School District for 15 years after which she pursued a career in real estate. Following this, Theresa successfully helped create The Center for Urology where she is currently enjoying her position as the Administrator.
Kaitlyn, Office Manager
Kaitlyn graduated in 2009 from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She previously worked in the coffee industry, but has been with The Center for Urology since 2011. Kaitlyn was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Denali, running, hiking, watching football and drinking coffee.
Our Clinical Staff: They are crucial to our clinic; indeed, we could not function without these employees who clinically support Dr.Rockove. They greet you as you enter the clinic, check you in for your appointment, receive and send medical information, and, most importantly are the employees you first speak to when you contact us via phone. These employees are:
Summerlynn, CMA
Summerlynn grew up in Hawaii and moved to Oregon in 1997. She then went on to Mt. Hood Community College and earned her Associates degree in Science. Following this, she has worked in the medical field for 2 years. She joined our clinic in 2016. In her spare time, Summerlynn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and three children.

Danica, Patient Care Specialist
Dani was born and raised on the island of Saipan. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Washington State University in 2020. She joined the Center for Urology in April 2021. Dani is planning on furthering her education and becoming a doctor. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her dog Nezi and enjoying all the food options Portland has to offer.
Our Billing Staff consists of individuals responsible for billing and collecting from insurance companies and patients. They strive to ensure that claims are processed accurately and timely, that the insurance company pays correctly and that payments are posted accurately. In addition, they work with patients needing to establish payment plans or needing help understanding their insurance benefits. These employees are:
Julie, CPC, CPB, Billing Manager
Julie graduated from the University of Portland where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of medical office administration, which includes specialty and primary care clinics, and over 15 years of medical billing and coding experience. A native Oregonian, in her spare time she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, yoga and kayaking.
Jessi, Insurance Verification & Referral Coordinator
Jessi graduated from Everest College in 2015, where she completed the Medical Insurance Billing and Coding Program. She graduated with honors and on the President's list with a 4.0, and was also an ambassador for her school. Prior to going to Everest, she worked for 8 years for a medical insurance company. In her spare time she loves camping with her family, coaching and playing softball and stays busy with her children's sports and school activities.
