Dr. Shammai Rockove, Dr. Kent Toland, Cheri Springer, M.S., P.A.-C. and Mary Russell, F.N.P. and the staff encourage each patient to be an active participant in the treatment of his or her own urological condition. This practice is owned by Shammai Rockove, M.D. We would like you to know that Dr. Rockove is board certified by The American Board of Urology (http://www.abu.org/) and is licensed in the state of Oregon and Washington. He has been in practice for 12 years. Should you choose to have surgery at this organization, Dr. Rockove or Dr. Toland will be the only ones performing your surgery. Additionally, this organization also uses credentialed and licensed (in the State of Oregon) mid-level providers for care, i.e. Physician Assistants, Nurse Practices, etc. They provide care according to their scope of service.
